Boss Wallet Privacy Policy

Dear users:
Web Three Development Limited (" The Company "or" We ") respects and protects the privacy of users (" You "or" the User ") by collecting, disclosing and processing your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy (" this Policy ") when you:
(a) Access to or use our website or mobile application (the "Application") and services; And/or
(b) Provide us with your personal information, regardless of the medium through which it is provided.
The Company recommends that you carefully read and understand the entire content of this policy before using the app. Important information including disclaimers and other terms will be reflected in bold form. The definition of keywords in this policy is consistent with the Company's Boss Wallet Service Agreement. If definitions or terms used in this Policy are inconsistent with those in the Boss Wallet Service Agreement, this Policy shall prevail.
By providing us with your personal information, you consent to our collection, use, disclosure (including transfer) and processing of your personal information as set out in this Policy. If you do not accept this policy, please do not provide us with any personal information.
This policy may be updated online by the Company at any time without notice. The updated policy becomes effective as soon as it is posted on our app and replaces the original policy. The revised policy will immediately apply to the personal information you provide to us. If you do not accept the revised Terms, please stop using the App immediately and your continued use of the App will be deemed to have accepted the revised Policy.

What information we collect about you

1. We will collect your mobile device information, operation records, transaction records, wallet address and other personal information.
2. In order to meet your specific service needs, we will collect your personal information, including but not limited to your name, bank card number, mobile phone number, email address and other information.
3. You acknowledge that your wallet password, private key, mnemonic, Keystore on the app are not stored or synchronized to our server. The company does not provide services to retrieve your wallet password, private key, mnemonic, Keystore.
4. We may require additional personal information to be collected from you in order to enable you to use certain features on the App. If you do not agree to provide such personal information, you will be deemed to have waived the use of specific features of the App.
5. Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, the Company may collect and use your personal information in the following circumstances, without obtaining your authorization and consent:
(1) related to national security and national defense security;
(2) related to public safety, public health and major public interests;
(3) related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;
(4) The personal information collected is in the public domain;
(5) Collect your personal information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
(6) necessary for maintaining the safety and compliance of the services, such as detecting and dealing with failures of products and services;
(7) Other circumstances permitted by laws and regulations.
6. We collect information in the following ways:
(1) When you voluntarily provide us with information, for whatever reason;
(2) when you authorize us to obtain your information from third parties;
(3) Your use of our applications and services;
(4) when you contact or interact with our employees through various communication channels, such as through social platforms, messaging platforms, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, faxes and letters;
(5) When you transact with us, contact us or ask us to contact you;
(6) When you request to subscribe to our mail; And/or
(7) We copy all or part of your transaction records through the blockchain system. However, your transaction record should be based on the record of the blockchain system.
7. Our applications may include some technologies for collecting personal information, as described in this Policy (see Article 5 below) or in applicable terms and conditions.
8. You provide us with personal information on your own initiative, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. However, if you choose not to provide us with the personal information we have requested, you may not be able to use the App and we may not be able to contact you or provide you with the products or services you require.
9. In some cases, you may provide us with personal information that is not yours. If you provide information about others, you should ensure that you have obtained the consent of the data subject to allow us to collect the personal information of the data subject, and the data subject consent to you to disclose their personal information to us. You agree that you will indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims made by such data subjects regarding our collection, use and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with the terms of this Policy.
10. You should ensure that the personal information you provide to us is true, accurate and complete. You should notify us of any changes to your personal information.

How do we use your information

1. We will collect, use or disclose your personal information for one or more of the following purposes:
(1) To provide you with the products and/or services you have requested;
(2) Conduct your relationship with us;
(3) Promote your experience;
(4) Confirm your correspondence with your wallet through the unique serial number of your mobile device;
(5) To send you timely important notifications, such as software updates, service agreements and changes to the terms of this Policy;
(6) Assist you with your questions, feedback, complaints and requests through the wallet address and mobile device information provided;
(7) To inform you of our products, services, projects and activities;
(8) to settle disputes, investigate any complaint, claim or dispute, or any actual or probable illegal act;
(9) Conducting internal audit, data analysis and research of the Company;
(10) Conduct user behavior analysis by tracking users' usage of the application;
(11) Comply with laws and regulations and requirements of regulatory authorities;
(12) Comply with the security and anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism requirements of international laws and regulations;
(13) to fulfil our obligations and the terms and conditions of the contract; And/or
(14) any reasonable purpose in connection with the foregoing purposes.
2. If you agree, we will use your personal information from time to time for other purposes, such as to inform you of the latest events, offers and promotions launched by our strategic partners or affiliates.
3. We provide you with the "Fingerprint or Face login" option in the "Usage Settings" of Boss Wallet, so that you can easily manage your digital tokens.
4. We provide you with the option of "secret-free payment" in Boss Wallet. Secret-free payment stores your wallet password to the Keychain/Keystore of your mobile device through secure encryption algorithm, and invokes your biometric identification (fingerprint or face) authentication during transaction to quickly complete payment and signature.

How do you control your information

You have the following autonomous control over your personal information in the application:
1. You can import your other wallets into the app by synchronizing your wallet, or import your wallet in the app into another digital token management wallet. The app will show you the information to import your wallet.
2. You acknowledge that you can modify your digital token type, transfer and receive money through the "Assets" section.
3. You know that in the application "I" section, you are free to choose the following operations:
(1) In the "Use Settings", you can choose not to turn on the "fingerprint or Face login" option, that is, you can choose not to use Touch ID or Face ID authentication services;
(2) In the "Submit feedback", you can put forward your application questions and suggestions for improvement to us at any time, we will be happy to communicate with you and actively improve our services.
4. You acknowledge that you can choose not to enable the "Secret Free Payment" option, that is, you can choose not to invoke your biometric (fingerprint or face) authentication at the time of the transaction.
5. You acknowledge that you and we have no control over whether or not your transaction records are made public because, due to the open source nature of the blockchain trading system, your transaction records are made public and transparent throughout the blockchain system.
6. Our apps will contain links to other websites, apps or smart contracts that are not owned, operated, developed or maintained by us. These links are provided for your convenience. This policy applies only to our application. When you use third party services, you understand that our Boss Wallet Service Agreement and Boss Wallet Privacy Policy will no longer apply. We recommend that you read and understand the privacy policy and the user service agreement in detail.
7. You have the right to ask us to update, change, delete your personal information and/or withdraw the consent you have given us. If you wish to withdraw the consent you have given us, or if you wish to update, change, delete or access personal information held by us, or if you do not accept our changes to this policy, you may contact:

8. We may charge you a fee to allow you to manage the personal information held by us or to provide you with information about how we use (or may use) your personal information during the year prior to your request. If we charge you, we will inform you in advance of the charge amount and will accommodate your request after you have paid. We will endeavour to respond to you within thirty (30) days of your request. If we are unable to respond within thirty (30) days, we will advise you of a specific response time.
9. In many cases, we need to obtain your personal information so that we can provide you with the products or services you have requested. If you choose not to provide us with the personal information we have requested or withdraw the consent you have given us, we may not be able to continue to provide you with the products and services you have requested.

We may share or transfer your information

1. We will store your personal information for business and legal purposes.
2. We will not sell, trade or transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent.
3. If you consent to us disclosing your personal information to strategic partners or affiliates, we may disclose your personal information to such entities. These entities will only use your personal information for the purposes to which you have consented.
4. You agree that we may disclose or share your personal information with:
(1) Service providers and data processors that provide services on our behalf and to us, such as KYC checks, accounting, data processing or management services, website hosting, maintenance and operation services, mail information services, analytics services, payment transaction processing, marketing, etc.; and
(2) Our consultants and professional advisers (e.g. accountants, lawyers, auditors).
5. If we need to transfer your personal information to any other country for the above purposes, we will obtain your consent and ensure that the recipient of your personal information has the same level of personal information protection measures as we do. If there are no personal information protection laws applicable to our relationship with you in those countries or regions, we will enter into legally enforceable agreements with the recipients of personal information.
6. Without your prior consent, the Company will not share or transfer your personal information to any third party, except in the following cases:
(1) The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by you;
(2) The personal information collected is collected from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
(3) Provide or implement this Policy as required by applicable laws, regulations, legal process, administrative or judicial authorities to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others;
(4) In the case of mergers and acquisitions, such as the transfer of personal information, the Company will require the recipient of personal information to continue to be bound by this policy.

Automatic data collection technology

1. We use automated data collection technology in our applications. For example:
(1) Cookies (or browser cookies). Cookies are small text files set up by the website or app operator to identify your browser or device. We may use cookies technology on our apps to store and track information, such as the number and frequency of users, the distribution of users, and the online preferences of users. cookies do not capture information that can identify you, but the information they collect helps us analyze the use of the App to improve your experience. You can turn off cookies in your browser Settings. However, this may affect the functionality of the application.
(2) Network analysis. Web analytics is a method of collecting and evaluating visitor behavior for web pages and mobile applications. This includes analyzing traffic patterns, such as determining how often certain features of a website or mobile app are visited, or to understand which information or services are most interesting to visitors. Our application uses web analysis services provided by third-party tools.

How do we protect your information

1. If the Company ceases to operate, the Company will stop collecting your personal information and take measures to delete or anonymize your personal information held within a reasonable period of time.
2. In order to protect your personal information, the Company will take data security technical measures, improve internal compliance, increase information security training for internal employees, and set secure access rights for relevant data to protect your privacy information.
3. We will send you information security messages in Boss Wallet "Message Center", and update the information about wallet use and information protection in Boss Wallet "Help Center" section from time to time for your reference.

Protection of minors

We make the following special arrangements for the protection of minors under the age of 18:
1. Minors shall use the relevant services of the Company under the guidance of their parents or guardians.
2. We recommend that parents and guardians of minors should guide minors to use the App after reading this policy, the Boss Wallet Service Agreement and our other relevant rules.
3. The App will protect the confidentiality and security of minors' personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Viii. Disclaimer
1. You acknowledge that after you use the services of third parties, this Policy will no longer apply to the collection, use, disclosure and transfer of your personal information by such third parties. The Company cannot guarantee that such third parties will take reasonable security measures.
2. You will be solely responsible for the use of third party services, and you agree that, such as third party collection, use, disclosure and transmission of your personal information, resulting in your loss or damage, you shall not hold the Company liable.
3. You acknowledge and accept that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, the Company will take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, as far as possible, based on the principle of "as is", "as available" and "not guaranteed to be flawless" under the current state of technology, in order to avoid disclosure, alteration or damage to the information. The Company uses wireless transmission of data, therefore, the Company cannot ensure the privacy and security of data transmitted over wireless networks.

Others

1. You are required to fully understand and comply with all laws, regulations and rules related to the use of our services in your jurisdiction.
2. Application of law and dispute resolution:
(1) This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
(2) For any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy (including any question of its existence, validity, or termination), the parties shall first seek settlement. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after the commencement of such settlement proceedings, the Parties shall submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (" SIAC ") and ultimately settle it in Singapore by arbitration in accordance with the then valid arbitration rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (which shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference into these Terms). The arbitral Tribunal consists of one arbitrator appointed by the Chairman of SIAC. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party irrevocably accepts the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore to support and assist arbitration proceedings under the foregoing of this paragraph, including the granting of interim relief, if necessary, pending the outcome of such proceedings.
3. You can view this policy and other service rules of the company in our app. We encourage you to review our Service agreement and privacy policy every time you access the app.
4. Any translation of this Policy is provided for the convenience of users only and is not intended to modify the terms of this Policy. In the event of a conflict between the English and non-English versions of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.
5. This policy applies from June 1, 2024.
For matters not covered in this policy, you must comply with the Company's announcement and relevant rules updated from time to time.
